Driver inattention...

...the pallet jack guy should have lowered the lift gate on the vehicle on the left. It's a 99% certain he's also the driver of that vehicle...

...he won't do that again.

Umm... I'm pretty sure that's the plan but he pushed it a bit too far out and lost control of the pallet.

A couple weeks ago, the fright delivery guy was both driver and pallet pusher... I thought he wouldn't make it at first when I watched him move 4x6ft or was that 4x8 ft pallet onto lift platform as there wasn't much room to work it around...

Say what you will about his technique, but he did get that package delivered. We all have our own ways of doing things. Maybe this just works best for him.

Most probably that was his intention, he's probably done it a 100 times or more. Heavy pallets like batteries etc has a lot of inertia at work.

Doesn't seem quite right, that is a lot of force right there. Shouldn't be just a matter of letting go.. it should have been a matter of can't hold on.

if the lift gate was lowered he wouldnt have anywhere to put the pallet on lol.

his fail was trying to set it on the edge of the lift gate before he set it down. More than likely wanted to put multiple pallets on it first.
