As has been pointed out, No - no this won't happen.

Even if Jupiter passed the Earth closer than the Moon, this wouldn't happen. We're at the bottom of a fairly steep gravity well, and please remember that gravity's effect decreases with the SQUARE of distance. If you could somehow have large celestial bodies momentarily align from here to the far side of the galaxy, this still wouldn't happen.

Now if you mixed in enough tap-dancing unicorns and pixie dust to make the equation work, here's a couple of things to look out for during 5 minutes of severely decreased gravity and a 3 second hang-time for your average human zero-altitude-gain jump:

1) We'd lose a portion of our atmosphere out into space. I don't think I can calculate how much, but it strikes me as being significant. But it would also be a moot point, as in we wouldn't notice, because...

2) That deep rumbling sound you'd hear would be the onrushing global tsunami headed your direction.
