Once you do crack, you will never stop. Your entire life, part of your brain will not work. Its simple. Your brain gained knowledge. That knowledge will stay with you for life. It is now up to you to suppress it, and learn to live with it. Or, you could give into the knowledge and end up on the street. There is no part time in this.

Yes, you always have to treat it as though you smoke every dime you get and you are a dime away from total disaster. Usually people drink before, leading to the decision to get some crack.

Stop thinking of it all the time. Occupy your mind with anything else when you get the urge. It wont last for long and if you can manage to redirect your thoughts temporarily, perhaps you can make it another day without hitting the pipe.

I know you feel bad about it after, so think of that before you get it.

You can overcome the urges, but it has stained your soul because this drug is very evil, and it will take time.

Anywhere in my post. Did I say it was bad for you? No, it is knowledge. Extremely rich people will find sporadic use of crack to be useful. However, it does change the brain. Once you use it, you gain Knowledge. Same as the first time you had sex, smoked a cig, or drank alcohol. They all provide knowledge. however, certain substances increase knowledge more so, crack being one of them. It is simple, knowledge is for the rich and powerful, those under satan's control. Do not think for a minute a normal man can get such knowledge and "be ok at it."

The only "knowledge" you get from crack is that you're fucked.
I know what you mean, one of the reasons its so hard to quit drugs is the memory of how good they feel, but that is not "knowledge", and any amount of willpower can
overcome that.
The true damage crack does is that it wrings all of the dopamine out of your brain.
Without dopamine, you crash into the deepest depression
