i think the layers of earths atmosphere act as multiple lenses and by manipulating just one of them you can intensify or regulate the resulting temperature thereof

The technology exists for this, as does that of hurricane manipulation so how come the frequency and size of these events is increasing ... i mean if they got the stuff to tame these beasties ... why does it seem like they are infact whipping em up?

James E. Phelps studied electrical engineering at the University of Tennessee with his thesis being in core reactor refuelling electronics for breeder reactors. Much of his work was at Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Tennessee (ORNL) which is funded by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) where he worked in the areas of radiation detection and measurements and site remediation amongst other tasks.

He developed the concept of air pharmacology while working at ORNL. This concept entails "treating" the air with chemicals to mitigate and offset the effects of other toxic chemicals in the air such as hydrogen fluoride and chlorine. The purpose was to lessen the extremely toxic effects of fluoride pollution while not stating that a problem existed to the public. The entire art of pharmacology is about how to add one more toxic effect to mitigate another from industry or environment.

The chemtrail technique is basically air pharmacology - how to add one more pollutant that has some positive synergistic effect against another. Phelps developed this approach while looking at weapons plants worker health effects at ORNL.

Jim has been actively and openly involved in criticism of ORNL and DOE and much related material may be found by searching online and also at his environmental newsletter web site: DOEWatch. There you will find much on "air pharmacology" or "scattering" or "geoengineering" or, in other words, "chemtrails". In his web pages he openly makes the claim of being a whistle blower.

Sounds connected pretty close - sounds like one of the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory types.

LLNL (funded by the DOE) is where all the weather and toxic computer science happens in the U.S. They do the EIS [Environmental Impact Statements] for the wars and things. We all know that for a problem of this magnitude, that in order to fix it, you involve all the peoples of the planet. This process would bring on real global cooperation and peace.

here's my theory:

Man made global warning is a cover story designed to obscure the fact that the sun is getting hotter. The reason for this is damage limitation from TPTB.

If TPTB are facing a situation of high severity over which they can exercise no control then they will never admit this to the general population. General panic would ensue. So instead they produce an easily believeable cover story that mans activities are responsible for the warming of the planet, which in fact is not actually fully correct. <snip>

Sorry, but I have a couple problems with this.

1. Scientists, many of whom are independent of government are among the most outspoken on "our" resposibility for Global Warming. The most unpopular member of TPTB and his govt. are trying to downplay it, and our part in it. Is this supposed to be another psy-op?

2. I'm no expert in "chem trails" but if they exist, it would take battalions of planes spraying 24/7 to have any effect. They would be everywhere. And I imagine they would need to fly alot higher than our planes can fly.

3. This is a biggie: SOHO while probably the best, isn't the only way to monitor the sun. If it were really getting hotter, the only way to keep it quiet would be to kill all scientists who have the ablility to monitor the sun (all over the world). Then they would have to find all the amateurs who do the same thing. My point is, there would be no way to keep something like that a secret.

OP you are on to something but... how do you factor in the deep underground bases that I know exists and places like area 51 where projects so secret are carried out that not even the president of the United States can go there?
I have my own theories but they are so "radical" that I would be considered a kook. The debunkers here would have a field day.

it isn't a secret, there have been a number of articles in scientific journals pointing this out, however this information "appears" to be being ignored by TPTB. (or is it?)

i believe the spraying is targeted over population centres to mitigate immediate effects.

there is alot of hearsay about DUMBS. We can only guess at their extent/numbers. Personally i don't go for the alien underground base stuff, just basic humans there for military purposes i think.

Im in the dallas area and the weather guys in myarea can never get the weather straight,they said 2 days ago we were only gonna be around 98 and last night they said 103 but i think thats because they havnt sprayed for about 2 days and i can see the blue skys for the first time in a couple of weeks,That forcast of 103 is for today.

Earth is not threatened, but we are kept in the dark about a LOT of things. Nobody seems to want to re-write all the textbooks!

For instance, NOAA map of the age of the seafloor showing nothing over 200 million years, and the bulk of it considerably newer than that. Impossible to explain with any traditional geology.
