Agent Smith 2014 (OP) User ID: 56446735 Germany 01/02/2015 08:26 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | i've started taking this stuff, and now im starting to crave it. I love the smell aslo. Quoting: Agent Smith 2014 I mix it into every hot drink i have, coffee or tea, and it even works as a lip balm at the same time. I also rub it into my skin. But here's what i found, and i kid you not! My brain function has improved. I am more articulate(in speech/writing and no im not going to make a big effort to make this post articulate). My skin looks like a babies bottom, about 10 years younger than normal. I have significantly less heart palpitations and chest pains. Significantly less joint ache. All in all i think this stuff has great potential! I began using coconut oil for cleaning my teeth, it's called "oil pulling" and ditched toothpaste about a year ago. I can see my gums have dropped and the bridge I thought I was going to have to replace, feels solid. I turned my brother onto it and after a month, 80% of the candida on his tongue is gone, breath is fresh. Another friend, commented his gums no longer bleed. I still have my toothbrush and use it lightly on my teeth. After taking up this practice I see no reason to go to the dentist. "Oil pulling" literally pulls all the bacteria from your mouth and gums. If you have any crowns in your mouth, I highly suggest. It's like flipping magic. 1) 1 glob of coconut oil in your mouth when you wake 2) Swish oil in your mouth back and forth for 15 minutes 3) NOT NOT SWALLOW - spit in composter or trash, do not put down sink or toilet Repeat before bed. If your dog or cat has tumors, mix coconut oil with their food (make sure they don't have an allergy to coconut first) The tumors on my pit wasted away after 3 months. I stopped using and 3 more tumors popped up on his head, I began using again and they shrunk and disappeared. Coconut oil is amazing. Incredible. Big pharma must be pissed. Life is a dream and we are the imagination of ourselves. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 58293483 Do you eat butter that way? ...or any other fat for that matter? Use it as food. Use it as you would any other type of fat. Don't eat it straight. That just doesn't make any sense. Without salt, we die. But nobody would suggest eating straight salt. Use seasalt in your cooking to accompany your diet... Right? |

I make fresh Banana pancakes using it and they are soooo good :) Only problem is it takes too long to grow the bananas! Another treat is using some to make fresh Coco-coffee. YES pancakes cooked in coconut oil is amazing. now, try throwing butter in there too to cook in. that combo is most addictively delicious. eggs made in coconut oil butter rule. so far anything breakfast works with this combo. chicken too. |

All in all i think this stuff has great potential! (EDIT: i read the OP and thought it said 'olive oil', hope you all find the following interesting anyway) The Edgar Cayce material talks a lot about olive oil, recommending it for many individuals because it helps with the liver's production and flow of bile, and helps with the timely passage of food through the intestine (constipation relief). With olive oil, you're talking the *good* type of fat. The thing is olive oil quality varies greatly in the USA especially. Much of it is diluted with vegetable or other oils, making it far less potent/effective. Google'ing 'best olive oil' will produce more information on this, but essentially if you see a jug of olive oil for a few bucks, it's very likely diluted to a high degree- it's the expensive/imported stuff ya want- if you're taking it for health purposes Remember reading years ago about a very elderly man who was active and fit into his late 90's, said he consumed quality olive oil daily. O.O. helps with eliminations which are a major influence in the body's overall health and vitality Last Edited by rammsteinregeln on 01/03/2015 02:02 PM Youtube channel: [link to www.youtube.com (secure)] |
