I like to end my shower with cold water to close the pores.
I don't think that I could take the whole shower in cold water. Warm water feels so good.

You can do it . It's only hard the first week or 2 then your use to it

I'm doin this because I can't affor to fix my hot water heater. Its tough at first, especially coming out of a warm bed.

Ok, I will try it but, I am not going to like it in the winter. Seems better to do in the summer time when it's hot outside.

I take cold showers as well.

I read that a doctor in the early 1900's used to prescribe cold showers to heal all kinds of ailments. plus you feel really good and it get's your heart pumping.

At hunting camp, we used to bathe in the mountain stream a 1/4 mile from the camp. It's a shock, but one that I believe is good for the mind and soul, even though it really sucks that first minute.

Well it's a proven fact that it raises your testosterone ! That will make you feel good !

It also burns fat as your body uses calories to raise your body temp back up .

Even beyond that, it was a bonding experience as men. We can jump in a 32 degree running stream and wash ourselves....Always had a good time laughing and joking as we half-run back to the fire place. Then went out to go hunt and provide.
