Looks like unless you're using the road for commerce, according to the Supreme Court you don't need tags, insurance OR a license. While I think that's a bad idea, the argument for it is as clear as 'life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness' and it appears the state has seriously abused our ignorance.

Yes, you are right, you do have the right to travel. However you have to have a license to operate a motor vehicle, that is not the same as a license to drive. The State is not giving you permission to drive. The State I stating you know how to operate a motor vehicle, which is need to get insurance, and with out the insurance you can't be on the road.

That explains why there can be no national driver's licenses but states do whatever they want pretty much. See: gun laws.

when you have no equity the court see's you as a serf with limited to no rights. You have to put yourself back above these public servants by showing them you know more about our system of laws than they do. which is not hard.

I just read this twice. It's written by a cop. It is supremely profound. The last bit IS EPIC.

Actually, the law also states that speeding is not a crime. As long as you aren't engaged in commerce, damaging property or depriving anyone else of their freedom, you're free do whatever the fuck you want.

Clearly this also means that driving slow in the left hand lane and impeding the flow of traffic is violating my constitutional right to travel! Fuckin' A.

DRIVERS ARE;

BUS DRIVERS,

TAXI DRIVERS,

LIMO DRIVERS,

TRUCK (delivery) DRIVERS,

ect.

(they are paid to drive, where they do not want to drive, espesially if it is a company vehicle)

if you are going to the store, for yourself, a resturant, pick up the kids at school, ect,
if you are going where YOU WANT TO GO,
in your oun vehicle.
and nobody is paying you to do it.
YOU ARE AN OPREATOR, NOT A DRIVER.

as proof, the amish are free to use our roads,
with their wagons and horses, and buggies,
with no licence, no registration, no tags, and no insurance.

.
.
.

if they put up a giant wall, around your city,
and did not allow you to leave,
would that be freedom ???

NO.

that would be a PRISON.

TO BE FREE,
YOU NEED FREEDOM OF TRAVEL.
