Angels don't usually stick around very long to have very lenghty conversations and little chit chat sing alongs. They do what is intended and move on. They have a lot of work. So if something is pretending to be an angel and sticks around for a long time to debate with you, then it is probably a demon trying to deceive you. An angel would just do or say something and then leave. Then it is up to you to decide what it was you saw.

So if anyone or thing appears and says it is an alien or space brother or angel, it is not truthful. If there are advanced humans they would be with God and would not come here. I don't think it would be God's will that they would come here.
