A question about "Muslim" terrorists...

Question: How come we (in the West) never see the relatives or friends of these dumb asses who commit terrorist acts say something like, "Oh, hell, ya - this jackass was a rabid anti-Westerner!" Or something like that??? How come the reports are always, "He was a nice guy! I never figured he'd do something like this!"
