They are both dogmatic and choose to believe or disbelieve something unconditionally without prove.

there are also no agnostic atheists or agnostic theists as some claim. It just means they did not get what agnostic means in the first place.

An agnostic by definition does not claim any position he cannot prove as 100% certain.
Agnostics can differ in what they consider more likely to be the case but they will never claim certainty of something which is not prove-able.
Being an agnostic is truly a pain in the ass, because there really is nothing we can be certain about except that we think/feel.
