RAISE THE SHIELDS

I've been shielding for 10 years. I got layers of all kinds of stuff. From expensive carbon shielding to layers of metal. Yesterday I was attaching more ferrites to the metal part of some shielding. It had a great affect. Little tube like ferrites that I put a large screw threw the middle of and attach through the shielding to a stud in the wall.

Exactly. I'm just trying to give my body a good nights sleep so it can repair itself. Before I shielded I could not sleep since they put up all the cell towers in the late nineties.

We are bombarded with all kinds of signals constantly. Probably a good idea.

My guess is that when I change my shielding it disrupts their monitoring somehow. they then test their connections to see if I'm still able to receive or maybe to test something else.

Well last night I'm laying down on the bed. This voice comes in my head that is stereo quality. It says I must do what it tells me to do. It asks if I will do this. I play along and say yeah. Then it says, "This is the first thing I want you to do. Tell me who you are." I'm guessing this isn't a serious question. They maybe just trying to see if I can still hear them?
