When you fully cleanse the body of the "physical consciousness" through being aware of the source of it, you will know it. And Caeser will have what is his.

Then do the same for the awareness. Let your intuition guide you to the source of awareness, and look for imbalance on each side of awareness. Then give God what is his.

And you will then rise.

Thanks aLaN! I am actually born in the West. The USA to be precise but currently in Japan and soon to be back in Nepal. Remember to not crave for any experience, just to notice it if it comes. Allow your intuition to take you to the "source" of where all sensations come from, from there see if you can feel "imbalances". Good luck :)

Ahhh nice then i wonder how do you feel about my sentiment re east having more spirituality/wisdom compared to the west? since you experienced both so to speak..

in some funny way in my mind i came to understand the Earth to be divided into three bands... left centre(ish) and right. The centre/middle east are the new kids on the block, least spiritually evolved, for lack of better terms... left/west comes second, with our messed up roman catholicism/Christianity, and east/asia etc in first place, probably being the oldest and wisest on Earth, and it shows, imho.

Yesterday when I went to sleep, I'd experienced a stroboscopic purple big spot in my "vision" at the center, going outwards for a while in 'repeat' mode.

It stopped after some minutes.
Any thoughts on that maybe ?

Well... this is a good subject. I think the "seed" of spirituality is present in every person equally. The "whole" of certain cultures makes this seed more difficult to sprout. And if we talk about at the moment, than perhaps there is no place that is more spiritual then the other. I think almost all of the "areas" are lost spiritually-speaking.

I mean there are a lot of countries in the East that are far away from being spiritually-inclined or the spirituality that exists is external or "religious." China has the biggest population in the world and perhaps the smallest amount of "spiritual" people. But this can and will change quickly.

India is very spiritually inclined, but the majority of people I believe have lost their morality which is an important stepping stone for spirituality to flourish.

I think the Middle East has a tremendous amount of spirituality that will be released soon. It has been locked in "religion" for some time, but it's time will come.

In the West, I think many people are open to spirituality but the odds are stacked against it the highest because of the unconsciousness of so many factors. Media, TV, video games, drugs, alcohol, pure addiction. The fact that seeds can still grow in this environment is a beautiful testament to the ability of "seeds" being in every individual equally.

I think historically the East has been the most spiritual, but only because it is where spirituality has flourished in the past with ancient Hinduism and Buddhism, etc.

If we talk about the America's pre-colonial age then perhaps the Native Americans and Native-South Americans might have been even more spiritual then the East. It takes a very very spiritual culture to "not care" about being wiped out. That is true spirituality.

hard to say , it started big and became smaller in high speed because it was going away from me(like I was shooting something or something left me). this repeated each 2 seconds.

Keep it in mind, but don't look for it in the future. If it happens, it happens.

I will try to make a more encompassing guide soon, but I want to wait until I am sure to release it. :)

What is intuitive heart?

Don't rely too much on "your heart center", or the idea of resonance, or you will wind up as screwed up, and confused as these two New Age talk show hosts were...

The finally admitted they had been deceived, only about TWO YEARS too late !

It is better called the "center-point" because it is not always in the heart area. The "center-point" can only be found by allowing your intuition to take you to the "source" of where physical sensations and consciousness stem forth from. If you can feel the entire body at the same time through meditation, like vipassana, then let your intuition take you to the source of it and you will find the "center-point". If you can be aware of this, and "everything outside - left and right, up and down," simultaneously, then lots of cleansing will occur.

My center point experience is like being the "space" in between. Well, something like that ;) A place with no words. Very much empty yet full.

Did you see the new post about the multiple "center-points" throughout the body?

I think the eyes are a huge part. Go to the eyes and ask yourself "Where is this coming from?" See where your intuition guides you. See if you can feel the "movement within" when your intuition is on this spot that only it can find. Just keep doing this with extreme patience over the course of multiple sessions and eventually "something big will happen."

I will definitely go to my eyes and ask mySelf "where is this coming from?" Fortunately I have patience bordering on stupidity....lol
