Then it starts to over shoot the pad because of the sideways movement, it responds by over correcting for such a low altitude. In a sense it failed high up on the approach, I don't think that was laudable with that approach angle in the best case. It has to come straight down on the pad. Last Edited by Chrit on 01/16/2015 05:44 PM I'm only human, it's my biggest flaw. We must all realize a sink a chair and a pillow are all luxuries of home and a soldiers helmet takes the place of all three. |

You people need to take a step back into reality every once in awhile. Regardless, Elon Musk is an incredible entrepreneur and I definitely think they are going to stick the landing next test. He already released a statement saying that it was from a lack of hydraulic fluid. |

The problem was that the grid fins locked because they ran out of hydraulic fluid. |

Musk is historic for all he has done. "Reduce launch costs 100-fold" This booster was a throw-away anyhow. He'll get right on the next try or the one after that. Remember the original Falcon took a few tries before getting into orbit. That he is making the traditional, socialized rocket companies nervous is priceless. These phat phucks have been sucking off our tax dollars for way too long. An Atlas V Heavy costs you and me half a billion dollars. 100% Natural Unvaxxed Human Being |

Go elon We all need you to succeed |
Epic Beard Guy User ID: 26240425 United States 01/16/2015 05:35 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | That's cool! I watched it over and over. The rocket was obviously not coming in straight. When it hits, it gets ugly fast. Hope for the best, but prepare for the worst. "America is at that awkward stage. It's too late to work within the system, but too early to shoot the bastards." -- Claire Wolfe |

Yeah, and it benefits the people in no way whatsoever Plus NASA is completely full of shit anyway, they are experts at NeverAStraightAnswer and making the universe a big old yawn fest NASA: We have found more rocks and dust and gas and maybe some water or ice and stuff.....keep feeding us your cash America!...i mean cmon look at my face...
