I've never heard of a numbers station specifying that it is a station in the message or declare which minstry or department it represents (ie NORAD).

Cheap fake, numbers stations messages are obscure and vague.

They do not start "hey, welcome to the numbers station of NORAD. Here are your secret codes!!"

If you could get a hold of the original recording and see if there is any side band or sub-carrier data.

The cable company here also provides the phone service, voip I guess, anyway there are times when I go to use it and someone else is on it? Land line phone and they can hear me as well so go figure...

A numbers station set on auto dial with wrong number or phone company miss route on the dialed number.

There is a way to decode the end signal. Sound to data, I used to have a linux script to do just that. Works similar to a modem.

Some years back, something of that nature was happening in California in some of the Negro neighborhoods, but it wasnot the "anchor babies" against the elderly, back then it was the illegal aliens themselves killing American blackmen.
