First, those are QUADS, not blades.
4 wheels on a serious truck with a leather Reidell boot.

Blades, rollerblades, are stiff, plastic and don't require the skill that quads do when performing *these* particular maneuvers.

As a lifelong quad and ice skater, I loved seeing this video show what we can do on skates. I have recreational skaters following me all the time and asking how in the world do I move like that on the floor/ice. I just feel the music and 'dance' -- it's my favorite activity.

I am looking for new skates,but noyhing but blades are out there. Any advise? I guess there are no skateing rink's left either. The local tennis court would be fine, but it's not allowed because of grinders and boarders.
