These scams have been ongoing for years and years and years, they claim to be everything from the FBI to the CIA and on and on.

These agencies pretend to be clueless on how to stop this easily traceable extortion racket, instead concentrating on spending years framing up mentally retarded 'terror suspects', etc.

In fact, the L.E. agencies like the fake extortion racket and allow it to continue because it frequently gets people to 'turn themselves in' with no effort on the agency's part.

So once again, L.E. not doing its job is the problem.
