Why is having a human brain one of the most difficult things to deal with?

love especially. Its a rollercoaster for emotions, and thoughts that can ruin your vibes. I noticed when it starts to get too sad, or I get too lonely, I think back to a nice memory, and try to remember how I met my love. During a point in my life journey to riches that involves a dark place and a light shined on my depression.
