In fact it was here on GLP during the onset of Hurricane Sandy that some individual with access to a marine warning system of some sort posted the text they had received warning Boaters that the navy would be conducting "TORPEDO EXERCISES" at that time.....
Anyone here remember that ?

I mean how blatantly obvious can it be..>Torpedo "exercises" in the middle of a fucking hurricane?
They were detonating explosives to AGGRAVATE the weather situation,
just like they are undoubtedly doing right now.
