Anonymous Coward User ID: 46712676 United States 01/29/2015 12:19 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Since all sex can now be deemed rape, and since sex is a human need for the male, at least, there's no further restriction on doing real rape, since the penalty is the same as consensual sex. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 67196957 Use the necessity defense. You are a perfect example of why this law should be brought to and enforced in the United States. |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 66339062 United States 01/29/2015 12:32 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | how about some of you assholes start worrying about the amount women and men who actually do get raped??? theres a reason for this kind of shit and its that a good portion of men cant stop putting their dicks where they don't belong |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 62688429 United States 01/29/2015 12:39 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I think this is an excellent step in the right direction! To all those who think this is wrong: Shame on you for being such insensitive bastards! 1 in 5 women will be sexually assaulted or raped in their lifetime. 1 in 5. That means someone you know has been sexually assaulted or raped. Laws like this allow for women that have faced such trauma an easier means to speak up. This allows for due justice to be served and will hopefully bring an end to the rape epidemic. Hopefully the give extra provisions for women that have been abused in the past so as to not allow those perps get away as well. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 7416450 |

Rape is a serious crime. I can't wait for this to come to Canada! Quoting: Anonymous Coward 7416450 You're awfully militant about this topic. Seems by your logic a woman could have consensual sex with a man, get regrets the day after, scream "rape" and then watch as his life gets fubar'd because the burden of proof is on him to prove his innocence..... Well maybe you men should learn not to just fuck anything that moves then. Hurr durr. Maybe even get to know someone well before you have sex with them. How about like REAL WELL. Darwin Award right here! Many more to give out on this thread! |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 7416450 That is not the way our system of justice works. A person is innocent until the prosecution proves otherwise. The prosecution must prove guilt. In a civilized Western country nobody ever has to prove their innocence. If you don't like our system, you go someplace else. You don't force your uncivilized bullshit on us. Uncivilized? UNCIVILIZED?! You're the one that's uncivilized. It's the 21st century, it's about time this rape epidemic stops! If by rape epidemic you mean removing your chance of ever getting laid again. Malevolent women uk wide will use this as an extortion technique. " that was some awsome sex there sir. That will be 5 grand or invent a way to prove I said yes. Your choice" Fine with me. If i never bone any of you again I wont have to prove innocence. Enjoy the 21st century alone ladies. |

If you don't rape, then why would you be against this law? After all, women are being protected. For too many years now the laws have protected men and many times women have had to prove that they didn't "consent" to a rape and were humiliated in the process. All the while men run around blaming women for "spreading their legs". It's about time men take responsibility for that package between their own legs. Payback's a bitch. You know a man making this type of complaint will be dismissed. |

No sweat, though, marriage rate is in a nosedive, soon dating will follow and that will be funny - men having fun with friends, banging prostitutes or porn more than today, importing foreign wives or traveling the world, spending their money entirely on themselves, etc... Good times. Every time the rabid fembot collective does something it comes around to bite them in the ass. |

Anonymous Coward (OP) User ID: 67461161 United Kingdom 01/29/2015 03:30 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Rapists and would be rapists are the only people that disagree with this law. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 7416450 I couldn't agree more. A man just has to beat the woman to police statement, file a rape charge and then the woman will have to prove she didn't rape her sex partner. Fill those empty jail cells in Women's prisons with all these rapists! What do you think of that? What's good for the goose is good for the gander. Right? Well here in the UK, before this ''Law'' is passed, the Police would go on the Merits of Evidence from both the Man and Woman. If there is evidence that a Man did rape he gets convicted, if there is no evidence, then the case is thrown out. Doesn't matter who gets to the Police station in time to report it. With this Law coming into effect, it's possible for an Innocent man to get locked up because he hasn't got ''Proof'' of consent from a woman and in the end her word is jury. If things keep going this way, won't belong before her word is Judge and Jury..... Think about it! Two young people in a Dark Night club with a good few drinks in them decide to have sex in the Club, in a Car, or go home to one's house, she cliams Rape the next morning....how does a guy Prove he didn't in the event of him being innocent, with no proof of consent?? The result of this ''Law'' will be many innocent men being found guilty of rape and many new prisons being built. |

This lame stat is always thrown around by dumbshits who have an agenda to push. How about you look at the F.B.I.'s official stats [link to www.fbi.gov] Overview There were an estimated 84,376 forcible rapes reported to law enforcement in 2012. This estimate was 0.2 percent higher than the 2011 estimate, but 7.0 percent and 10.1 percent lower than the 2008 and 2003 estimates, respectively. (See Tables 1 and 1A.) The rate of forcible rapes in 2012 was estimated at 52.9 per 100,000 female inhabitants. |
