If we xtians were going around healing the sick and raising the dead en masse, we wouldn't need to be starting pissing contests, you think?

Atheist = Lack of belief in a God or Gods.

The onus of proof is on those that claim a God to exist .

The real reason with no malice is science can find no evidence of a God or Gods.

These are the greatest minds on the planet trying honestly to find some tangible evidence.

The symmetry of our bodies, the fact we are machines with programming languages built into us...you truly believe we just randomly came into being?

That is like saying all the computers in the world simply built themselves magically.
And even that is being generous - we are many times more complex than even all the computers on earth.

As for atheists who don't believe in evolution, creationism or anything else...fair play. I personally believe we are created and have a purpose on this world but you are of course free and entitled to your views and I will not put you down for it - one thing I think we can all agree is that we are brothers on this planet earth.

God is a kindly invisible grandfather type being that answers our prayers if we are good according to what people who claim to speak for God is. Summary. We enslave ourselves to those we think God is speaking through though those prophets are not perfect people.

God is the entire Universe including us.
God is indifferent to us.
Spirits help or hurt us according to their ghostly limitations.
This is true in my personal experience.
I do not expect, or require anyone to believe what I do.

Yes there is beauty on the planet there is also moonscape! The difference in green and moonscape is THIN! Go hang out in desert areas and they are just like the surface of Mars!
I can drive out of a nice are of Vegas and be on the surface of Mars in 30 minutes with a drive into the desert!
