"Suspicious Observers" Show Candidates Supporting "Electric-Geologic Formations" in U.S. Video

Is Geology getting "shaken-up" by Velikovsky?

Well...very cool! Found a video produced and narrated by one of my favorite "Electric Universe" proponents, Ben Davidson --from "Suspicious Observer's UTUBE Channel."

Ben interviews the geologist Michael Steinbacher who takes folks on "geology tours" to show them areas of interest in Oregon and Arizona with their strange rock formations.
Some of these, according to Steinbacher, may be candidates for Catastrophic-Geology...or in the EU terms: "plasma and electric remnants in Earth's rock formations"--some very possibly from the 9,500 b.c. Vela Supernova "event."

It is an interesting video and a picture is worth a 1,000 words, so watching it is better than explaining it! Notice in the first 3 min. Steinbacher explains his interest in Velikovsky's book "Worlds in Collision." (See a video of

I've personally seen the rock formations in Oregon and Arizona that the geologist points out as being "tufts"
--rock formations (some 1,000s of feet high.) The idea that ONLY water erosion and volcanic action could cause these very strange formations puzzled me when I observed them.
It is even a bit of a stretch to imagine that the Grand Canyon is ONLY water erosion. (Especially when you can line-up one side of the canyon with the other! Water erosion would have eliminated their original "break.")
SO...WHY SHOULD I BE INTERESTED IN "THEORIES ON THE

BEAUTIFUL explanation (using "Electric U. theory") shows
comparison of the Earth's Grand Canyon to the same geological feature on MARS (both electrical)! Wow!

One of many Earth geological features being recognized as having "electrical connections" (where "new electric universe theory meets Geology) it is suggested tufts
are created by the interaction between the Earth's surface rocks and plasma exchanges by passing comets or even extreme solar discharges in the past.

This is leading -edge science by only some geologists and is yet to be widely accepted or confirmed by mainstream Geology. (Immanuel Velikovsky in "Worlds in Collision" and "Ages in Chaos" speculated that it was one (or more) such "plasma-connection events" which were the cause for the Exodus and Great Flood of the Bible.)

I have hosted 2 recent threads concerning the theories
of Immanuel Velikovsky on GLP which you may wish to
check for background material. I've found a couple
possible links between the Vela Supernova event and the
meaning of some well-known artists such as Davinci,
Michelangelo and even in recently uncovered artwork by
