You should speak with your doctor about a sleep study. If you have sleep apnea it can be very harmful to your health. If you do have sleep apnea a CPAP mask can save your life and increase your quality of life. I had a study myself and don't have sleep apnea. I did have two procedures, a septoplasty and turbinectomy. If you end up needing one or both procedures do the research and find a top surgeon. My guy is tops in his field and didn't even use packing. I had a quick recovery and no more snoring. Good luck!

I found that if you give up a couple nights sleep, you can nudge your partner every time they begin to snore. It really does work. If you give them a nudge and a loud SHHHH every time for a couple days.

I know it may sound unorthodox, but it's worked for me.

Grounding...look into it. Sleep with an anti-static wrist strap modified to bypass the 1Meg resistor. Hook the other end to the ground part of an outlet. Watch your salt/sodium intake. Too much can dehydrate you during sleep and cause snoring. Keep a bottle of water next to your bedside. You're welcome.

yeah.. sigh.. having to listen to one's Mother yell, scream & beat up a snoring Father is quite an earful to wake up to in another room. Her beatings would stop him snoring for a few mins at a time though. Poor man is wreck now.. lol..

Yes, 2 things.

I lost weight. Now I am skinny to normal weight.

AND, I stopped eating all wheat.

Now I can actually breath through my nose.

Tell him to swallow his gd pride or else he can die. his choice. Don't BS around with this. This sleep apnea runs in my family. I have 2 sisters and a nephew who have it. It comes down from the dad's side.

My wife snores. One reason is that she's overweight. However, she was used to use two pillows. I noticed that if I remove one pillow, the snoring becomes less loud or stops altogether. Now she has only one pillow and my sleep's not disrupted by snoring anymore.

I bought "My pillow". It is expensive, but works if you fluff the pillow correctly each night.
