I was told surgery would not do it for me. I think i use pure sleep. cheaper than the above 2 options. Wife is happier now. I feel suffocated by the Oxygen Channel. Found John Galt. (finally saw part 3) Philly Sux! Fucking Pot Holes from last winter are just bigger. |

It really does work. If you give them a nudge and a loud SHHHH every time for a couple days. I know it may sound unorthodox, but it's worked for me. If you have sleep apnea it can be very harmful to your health. If you do have sleep apnea a CPAP mask can save your life and increase your quality of life. I had a study myself and don't have sleep apnea. I did have two procedures, a septoplasty and turbinectomy. If you end up needing one or both procedures do the research and find a top surgeon. My guy is tops in his field and didn't even use packing. I had a quick recovery and no more snoring. Good luck! Quoting: Anonymous Coward 290324 he does need one he refuses |

The mineral supplement MSM works wonders!! It is an organic sulphur compound, naturally occurring in fruits and veges. I get mine at Trader Joes. It really has been a "miracle" cure. MSM supports muscles! and is also a great anti-oxidant. Helps with hair, skin, nails, joints too. I can't believe the difference this little supplement has made in the quality of our lives!!! One tablet am and one tablet pm. Try it, there are no side effects and you will get some sleep!!!! |
