A whole lot of pomp, with very little substance this endorsement was.

What was the factor in China abandoning it pervious position? Well, the Chinese got one hell of a deal. Yes, the Chinese do not break silence easily. I certainly cannot blame them. The deal that Putin gave them, well, no one could walk away from. Now Putin, has sold out his people, his country natural resources, and the last remaining leverage they had with China. Alas, Putin is desperate and desperate men do desperate things.
