MH17 – Forensic Analysis of Satellite Images Released by the Russian Ministry of

These claims, representing the majority of information publicly presented by the Russian government since the downing of Flight MH17, are a clear attempt by the Russian government to deceive the public, global community, and the families of the Flight MH17 victims, only days after Flight MH17 was shot down.

The Bellingcat investigation has found the following –

– Satellite images presented by the Russian Ministry of Defence claiming to shown Ukrainian Buks linked to the downing of MH17 on July 14th and 17th are in fact older images from June 2014.

– The discrepancies visible in the Russian MoD satellite map imagery which shows they are incorrectly dated are visible in publicly available imagery on Google Earth.

– Error level analysis of the images also reveal the images have been edited.

– This includes a Buk missile launcher that was removed to make it appear the Buk missile launcher was active on July 17th, and imagery where Buk missile launchers were added to make it appear they were within attack range of Flight MH17.

With this new report all four major claims made at the Russian Ministry of Defence press conference have now been shown to be false:

– The flight path was not altered in the way claimed by the Russian Ministry of Defence. Data from the Dutch Safety Board’s preliminary report and other sources show Flight MH17 made no major course changes such as the one described in the Russian Ministry of Defence press conference.

– The Russian Ministry of Defence claimed the video of the Buk missile launcher presented by the Ukrainian Ministry of Interior was filmed in the Ukrainian government control town of Krasnoarmeisk. This has been proven to be untrue, with analysis of the video showing it was filmed in the separatists controlled city of Luhansk.

– Radar imagery was described as showing an aircraft close to Flight MH17 after it was shot down. Experts interviewed by various media organisations have stated this is almost certainly debris from Flight MH17 as it broke up over Eastern Ukraine.

It has to be noted that during the Ukraine crisis around 1 million people have fled Ukraine to Russia, each of these people will have their horror stories and reasons for leaving. Over time these stories will have filtered down through Russian society, this would have the effect of fueling both a hightened sense of nationalism and a thirst for revenge.

In Ukraine its mainly the Russian speaking people of the east who are bearing the brunt, people in the western world would do well to remember this fact.

EU is the one who is clumsy. So far, nothing but integrity out of Kremlin.

Mozgovoy's associates created a new spetsnaz "Pechersk" battalion tasked with eliminating heads of the Kiev junta


Associates and colleagues of the murdered "Ghost" brigade commander Alexey Mozgovoy announced about the formation of a separate special purpose reconnaissance and sabotage battalion "Pechersk", which will be named after the deceased commander, and also announced about the recruitment of volunteers into the newly formed battalion.

The statement appeared on the Internet. The fighters set the goals to eliminate the leaders of the Kiev junta and "intend to liberate Ukraine from the stranglehold of the oligarchs, corrupt officials and all who sold out the interests of the people. The only source of power should be the people. We therefore call on all our supporters and all to whom our ideas are dear to join us", - said the officers.

"Today, the officer backbone of our battalion has been created. We need volunteers. We need volunteers who have military training, or have combat experience. Preferably spetsnaz, preferably intelligence, preferably spetsnaz VDV. We take the responsibility to eliminate the leaders of the Nazi junta, wherever they are. At any time of day or night, in any weather, at any point in Ukraine. We also undertake the responsibility to support the anti-Nazi underground movement in their resistance against the Nazi junta and to provide them with our full support".

Obviously the story is multi-faceted, my posts never reflect that, but I am aware of it. A great example being not a single EU country that I am aware of, have opened their country and extended invitations to any of the Donbass refugees, dead soldiers families etc.

This is yet a single fact showing that the EU is only interested in its friendship with Porky until he ceases to oppose Putin. In other words, Putin, not democracy, not Ukrainian people, is the only reason they have interest in Poroshenko.
