Tackiest TV shows that make you cringe when you think about them

Paris Hilton's British Best Friend This was the most cringe worthy bottom-of-the-barrel shit I ever had the misfortune to come across a few years back. It was so cheap n nasty that the mere thought of it is the equivalent of nails being scraped across a chalkboard while rubbing your teeth with cotton wool.

As the incredibly tacky title suggests, it was about 12 very British 20-somethings, all younger than Paris, competing to be Paris's 'British best friend' or 'BBF'. They all fought and bitched like there's no tomorrow, then sucked up and acted like the sweetest, most innocent person to walk this earth during their meeting with the big P. One contestant, or sometimes in a shock twist TWO, were booted out each week until we are left with one winner.

I am truly mentally scarred.

Pass me the sick bucket, heavy on the sand. Blech!
