Hey, I can understand a 9 year old with a fantasy about tunneling, but I can't believe the adults here are so stupid to not know the earth is solid rock, you don't dig it, you drill and blast it if you are smart enough. You only dig the surface earth layer then you are at solid rock. You idiots better google hardrock mining and get a clue, don't confuse Hollywood with reality. I own 150 acres of land and I just retired a few years ago. I"ve been sitting around kinda bored so I figured, why not. Quoting: Been Diggin' 135178 This is a serious effort. I have more than the average level of resources I can dedicate to this project. I already have backhoes and front end loaders on site. I'm scheduled to rent a tunneling machine in May. I am a big fan of the hollow Earth theory. I'm going to keep digging until I hit lava, I die or I break into the hollow Earth. There is also the slim chance I could find an already existing ancient tunnel system created by God knows who. That would be a good find also. Wish me luck. I wish you the best my friend.
