Maybe our intel regarding the Middle East armed forces is not complete,after all they have a lot of oil in the region and arabs are well known for colaborating on common projects ,such as developing the NoDong 4 missile from North Korea into Shahab 1-10 vectors.If you look hard enough,you'll find a lot of info on the intel yahoo group osint:history,cooperation between Lybia,Egypt,Syria,Iran,Irak ,Saudi Arabia for 4 decades,etc
