Mayor Collins memorial service in Toledo, Ohio begins with muslim prayer

I am watching mayor Collins memorial service...
the first person to speak is a muslim....wearing his
little beanie and all...after a few kind words about
the recently deceased mayor Collins, he began singing
this prayer in Arabic....it should be noted that the
