Hmm... Jail for dogging Jury Duty!! Sound pretty stupid to me!! They won't do shit other then spew some bullshit threats!!

Just tell them all about jury nullification (or start yammering on about how 911 was an inside job) and you will be off the jury so fast you'll think that they invented teleportation...also tell them about teleportation too.

I just asked the lady checking us in if we "get to convict any 'Mexicans or whatever' today".

Yes judges do put people in jail for not appearing for jury duty. It has been all over our local news lately in Belmont County Ohio. All of them that didn't appear for jury duty were summonsed to court, one did not appear and a bench warrant was issued for their arrest. He screamed at the others about how its a privilege and yada yada then went to the Italian Club got drunk and drove home. I just friggen love authority figures who abuse that privilege. Hypocrits.

They haven't threaten me with a bench warrant yet. I have served many many times but not anymore!!
