It's unscientific because no one has ever witnessed a single mutation that produced a new life form outside of its own phylum. So it is pretty effing bizarre for Evolution to take on the heady description of a scientific theory.

Viruses can't/don't morph/change into bacteria or fungi.

They can however, invade a bacterium or spore in the same fashion that they can invade/mimic other cells (human, etc.)

Mutation is a major part of evolutionary theory.

I do not deny mutation takes place within a phylum. That's why there are many kinds of viruses and bacteria.

The huge difference between Evolutionary theory and Hierarchic Organization is that Evo proposes mutations to produce a different phylum such as viruses changing into bacteria.

HO says nope. Mutations of viruses never create bacteria. nor do mutations of bacteria ever create fungi.

On your side of the argument you have only a strong belief that it is so by looking at dead DNA and claiming one set is similar to another. That matching of DNA doesn't prove it took place via mutation. It's simply an assumption or a working model. The assumption has never been validated through witnessing the actual occurrence.

On my side, you've been presented with a video that proves Hierarchic Organization is correct because you can actually see a living microbe go through all the steps.
