US homeowner gets 70 years for killing German student
MISSOULA, United States: A US man who shot dead an unarmed German exchange student was jailed for 70 years on Thursday in a case that tested the limits of America's cherished self-defense laws.

District Judge Ed McLean told Markus Kaarma, 30, that he "went hunting" rather than merely protecting his home when he killed Diren Dede last April after the 17-year-old wandered into Kaarma's garage in the small town of Missoula, Montana.

"It brings me to the conclusion that you're just not a very nice person," McLean told Kaarma, who was convicted in December of deliberate homicide and will be eligible for parole after serving 20 years.

"You're not killing to protect your family... you're angry at the world."

On the night of the fatal shooting, Dede and a fellow exchange student from Ecuador were strolling through the neighborhood when the German teen decided to explore Kaarma's open garage, apparently looking for alcohol.

I will tell you something strange about this neighborhood
--won't tell you how I know, just believe this for what
it is worth.
The neighborhood where this man lives is a small little town about 15 minutes East of the city of Missoula, MT. It isn't actually considered Missoula by most who live there as it's like the "other-side-of-the-tracks" for most...sort of isolated, and set-off by itself.

The city of East Missoula sits in a deep rocky canyon, nick-named "Hell's Canyon" and it's on the most active faultline in NW Montana, so you know there are some strange energies there. The Clark Fork River runs through it and makes an "S" curve at the East end of the Missoula Valley. It gets very little sun.

Also...
this particular canyon (where the homeowner lives) is named "Hell's Canyon" because it was a favorite hunting ground for native American Indians who once were there--but not so much for the game meat or fish that was there, as it was because it was a favorite "ambush" place where they could "hunt" other tribesmen for their horses and goods. Lots of murders were committed over the centuries in this one canyon...There ARE ghosts of the dead there. Cats are routinely dismembered and found dead without blood. If Steven King ever wanted a candidate for his next movie location, East Missoula would be my first pick.

When the whites came through the area to settle it, the canyon was littered with the bones and corpses of dead Indians. The nickname for the whole valley was "Valley of Death" and many native Americans even avoided the entire valley area completely for their seasonal hunt.
There are many strange stories about "hauntings" and strange apparitions that appear to the people of this canyon and to my knowledge I personally know of one woman
who was nearly killed by a strange encounter with a powerful apparition (it literally pulled her out of her truck where she fell on a rock!) It also has the highest suicide rate for the area as well...so you know the "vibs" there are very dark. So...this is the environment in which this homeowner who killed the intruder in his garage found himself. He was psychologically set-up to be violent just by virtue of where he lives.
Just some local info in case you wanted to know more!
cheers

Racemixing chink murders ugly Turk mongrel masquerading as a "German" [it's in the jewspaper, it must be true] and goes to jail for the rest of his life to enjoy the company of the Kwa's finest n:ggers.

Two less untermenschen in Montana, so it's a net positive overall.

The German was trespassing looking to rob when he was killed and his family have the nerve to sue?

Sorry but they sound like scumbags. The nasty little thief? No sympathy
