Compassionate paid sex with love?

It's obvious that sex for money is available for those with money and the steel heart that's necessary to deal with the energy surrounding most women who offer themselves. Other women will offer themselves for "romance" or "love", which is often impossible for the guy to either understand or live up to.

Is there any middle ground that allows men that are less than perfect to match up with heart centered women who realize the importance of sex in love for most men? Some way to bridge the gap between understandings and perhaps help the woman deal with sex she'd rather avoid by adding some dollars or other incentive? Some way that socially inept people of both sexes could be guided to be together in happiness before they're in nursing homes?

All ideas are appreciated, especially those that might suggest an available intermediary that could connect a man and a woman in ways that satisfy both emotional and physical connection and sexuality. I'm also curious as to the legal status of such a thing, since it's not pay just for sex, but pay for the extra inconvenience of assuring sex in a real relationship.

This is analogous to a "partially paid girlfriend", and would connect two people who want to be emotionally and sexually enmeshed with each other. It should be kind, compassionate, and would ideally avoid minor kids on both sides.
