Re: How will Ed explain this one? Jon Benet Ramsey Murder
I am still awaiting the package delivery from comet Hale-Bopp that Ed Dames said was going to wipe out nearly all green living matter on earth.

Last time I listened to Ed Dames on coast to coast he said that the black mold would be causing Death
(yes 'Death' with a capital D) in Lousiana from the flooded areas this summer. I have as yet not heard one news report about even one death.

Remote veiwing does not seem to have a much better track record than the "Bible Codes". Could it be that both God and the Devil are bumbling idiots?

Not a fan of Ed Dames, but this part does fit...

The following information amplifies and augments the descriptive data contained in the PSI TECH 30 June 1997 Initial Report (The JonBenet Ramsey Murder).

1. The killer: A male, age 32-38 years, 5'10-5'11, blond or reddish hair, green eyes, generally trim physique.

Zetatalk didn't even come close.

ZetaTalk: JonBenet Ramsey
Note: written on Aug 15, 2001

The reports about the sexual molestation and subsequent murder of a child do not seem to die not because it is unusual or has great impact on world events, but because it is so obvious who committed the crime and there is a fascination that the parents are forever being let off the hook. The child showed physical evidence of being repeatedly molested. How could an intruder accomplish that? The ransom note was in the mother’s handwriting. Why would she write such a note, unless as part of a cover-up? The house was under a security system that would prevent an intruder, and no such activity was noticed by the neighbors. The child was in a competitive position with the mother, dressed up to look like a woman, complete with red lipstick, and entered into beauty contests. This was done by the mother herself, to make the child an extension of herself, but not done without resentment toward the child and the opportunities stretching out before such a young beauty.

What happens in cases where the children in a family are sexually molested, repeatedly, and the mother is supposedly ignorant? The mother is not ignorant, but is a participant! She is prissy, has been asked to perform acts that disgust or disturb her, or is trying to hold onto her own sexual response, repressing this, so wants to avoid contact. It is not uncommon for the mother to have been raised in a strict religious environment that threatened punishment of any sexual thoughts or actions, so complete sexual repression was the goal. When the father begins to molest the children, who are most often too young to resist or understand their options, there is a conflicting set of emotions in the mother. She is relieved, because she now is let off the hook, but at the same time she is horrified. Horrific circumstances can result in denial, especially in a guilty party. The mother understands her role, and though in pain prefers to pretend the molestation did not occur, or occurred only because the child incited it and thus deserved it.

The Ramsy case is cycled in the news media, especially in the scandal rags, because it sells. It sells because the reader is wondering how long it is going to take before the obviously guilty parents are brought to justice. They are wealthy, bought and intimidated the local police into cooperation by their contributions to causes in the area or threats of legal action, as they could afford lawyers aplenty during any challenge. The local police, having failed to press when the evidence was hot, are likewise now in a conflict situation. They deny any wrongdoing, vehemently, thus preventing prosecution. The parents appear on TV, holding hands and acting like angels, shocking the subconscious of the public who senses otherwise. Why does justice take so long? In part because of the commonality in households throughout the world. Children are vulnerable, cannot fight back when the perpetrator is the parent, and are thus the first object when the father’s resentment toward his prissy wife reaches the boiling point. Each prosecutor knows of situations within his extended family or neighborhood or circle of friends where molestation of this sort is suspected. Eyebrows are raised, jaws set in anger, but no actions are taken. The victims, being told they asked for their treatment, are bad, are getting what they deserved, are hardly likely to point an accusing finger. The victims have been convinced they are the criminal, and have gone into hiding with their parents, into face-saving denial, and silence.

UPDATE:
The JonBenet Ramsey Killer

26 July 1997

Bob Grant
District Attorney
Adams County, Colorado
via fax

Subject: The JonBenet Ramsey Killer

Sir,

The following information amplifies and augments the descriptive data contained in the PSI TECH 30 June 1997 Initial Report (The JonBenet Ramsey Murder).

1. The killer: A male, age 32-38 years, 5'10-5'11, blond or reddish hair, green eyes, generally trim physique.

2. The killer's current workplace: An industrial site which lies in a generally easterly/northeasterly direction from the murder site. This facility is a large plant, with a stack, where acrid, chemical smells are present. What appears to be a rotary kiln is in operation at this location.

3. Other key information: The killer often commingles with two other persons in this work environment, but particularly closely with a short, dark-haired, pot-bellied, middle-aged male. This person may be aware of, or in some manner participated in, the crime

Re: How will Ed explain this one? Jon Benet Ramsey Murder
A thought occurred to me that it might be possible that John Ramsey is a mason of high order. No one would touch him with a 10' pole. People in high places get away with murder.

I don't believe that the man who was arrested is the killer. I'm getting the feeling that the reporters on the ground are feeling the same way. Something still doesn't smell right about this case.

Pollyannah's first thread brought out a number of GLPers with good memories and a keen sense of logic. Truth be told, I don't think the local authorities want the real killer to be known, but a patsy will do.

Not a play on words AC, but I don't think it's a coincidence that they waited until Patsy Ramsey died to come up with this fall guy.

Re: How will Ed explain this one? Jon Benet Ramsey Murder
Ed Lames has NEVER been correct. In fact, I consider it a paranormal phenomena that he can be so consistently wrong.

BTW, Sylvia Browne predicted that it would
be a woman. She's about as full of shit
as Dames.
 Quoting: DrPostman

And I thought I was the only that was harsh on the "major."

I wouldn't rush to judgment on this one.
The guy is a lunatic obsessed with the Polly Klass murder, as well as the Ramsey murder, his confession contains no details (there are 1,000s of false confessions made every year), so far he has only regurgitated media reports of the murder, his ex-wife is giving him an alibi claiming he was in Atlanta and not Denver, a couple of Georgia newspapers are saying at least one other witness has come forward giving him an alibi, and they haven't done a DNA test to see if it matches the DNA found at the crime scene.

Re: How will Ed explain this one? Jon Benet Ramsey Murder
An elderly couple across the street said they had seen John Ramsey’s older son and JonBenet’s half-brother, John Andrew Ramsey, at the Ramsey home on Christmas Day. Another neighbor Melody Stanton, whose bedroom faced the Ramey home from across the street, did not want to get involved with the investigation and told police that she heard nothing unusual during the night. She would soon revise her statement to say that she had heard a child scream. John Ramsey Sr. knew his son committed the crime and didn’t want his life ruined so John Andrew Ramsey was sent out of the country immediately after the murder so he could not be interviewed by police or the media. No one has seen or talked to him since.

Re: How will Ed explain this one? Jon Benet Ramsey Murder
Something VERY wierd I discovered about Ed Dames- a connection to Columbine HS.

Right after Columbine I was looking on Dames RV site. He was always on Art Bell and I was listening to an archived show. (yes Art used to have the shows archived - free- on his site you could listen to any time you wanted)

Anyway, on Dames site selling the RV package it had a page with lists of the people and/or organizations that they had sold or donated RV training tapes to.

And Columbine, and it's Sister HS, were the only HS's in the country on the list.

Donated full RV training course: Columbine High School, Colorado.

The Sister HS (can't recall the name immediately) was the one they ended up sending all of the kids to, after the killings, to finish out the year.

I tried to research the boys who did the killings, to see if possibly they had taken the course cd's out of the library, but I could not find any mention of it. Things were very strange at the time because it had just happened and I think the media was being very very careful about what they reported. But now that the letters and such have been released- maybe I will look into it again.

It is emotionally grueling research though.
