Think about what this could do. Why do you think the east coast is getting all of these storms? Look at the freaking jet stream. Shit is out of control. Earth wobble effect?

For one it suggests the water around the English Channel is 2 degrees above normal. I work as a diver and i have been there yesterday, it is 8 degrees c. 2 degree colder than most mid feb. same true of North Sea, below average.

Ice cover in the Artic is around average, not bad considering it was supposed to have disappeared by now according to someone by the name Gore.

Which source are you talking about that you do not beleive in? Also sea ice is not to "average" as shown here.

The Antarctic sea ice has been increasing and that's definitely known but the arctic has been decreasing which does not mean its because of "global warming". The earth is changing. Extremes are more pronoun. Extremes in temperature are more extreme than they used to be. If you've watched SuspiciousObservers at all you would know that the global average temperatures have actually been colder in the winter and hotter in the summer.

Oh and by the way both of the links in the OP are from 2 completely different sources. One from Wisconsin, USA and the other from canada.

Eastern Pacific Ocean temps higher than usual. But no big storms. On the contrary, much fewer storms. If any.

I dunno about the bad people squishing part, storms are pretty unbiased as far as whom they kill.

But I do agree they are fucking awesome, and we need more of them.

Here in Japan nearly everything is fine regarding the Sea Temperatures
but we are a bit scared abount the Area of Shanghai Delta.
