I agree 100% my friend. It seems to be a ploy to calm the "anti" crowd down. I so wish for something to happen to bring this to a screeching halt, but I'm afraid it will be just another "wagging of the dog" and nothing positive will materialize and certainly not fast enough to make a bit of difference. It's a temporary injunction to halt all activities on the White House memo (kinda executive orders) until the law suit put forward by the 26 states is tried in court.

Normal process when there are parties that are being harmed and have standing is to stop the bleeding until the plaintiffs have their day in court.

At least a judge has the balls to do what congress wouldn't. The amnesty was obviously unconstitutional, but congress just lets the king get away with it. It's time someone slaps him down. We have a Constitution to cover shit like this, maybe the people that are supposed to represent us should read it. I offered a copy to one of my senators. He said he had one, so I suggested he should read it.

Congress has blocked funding for it. Now the senate has it and the democrats won't let it come up for a vote.
