This was a few weeks back but it all makes sense now
90% of Americans
Liberal or Conservative DO NOT care what's going on!

They care about how much snow we would be getting
They cared about a horse & dog in a commercial
They cared about seeing 50 shades of grey movie
They cared about the gay agenda and how various gays are being treated in Hollywood.

They truly believe whatever YouTube's "What to Watch" tells them to believe and nothing else!

If you want to get America's attention, YouTube must deem Hannity or other anti-Islam newscasters important.

Honestly I don't even think some people would lift a finger EVEN when ISIS is at their doorstep like a Jehovah's witness, they would invite them in for tea and crumpets!

53 year old female here, and I can vouch for you that you are correct about most people out in the real world being shallow and brain dead. It's very sad, but true.

I find that people are just lost and do not understand the geography or the politics. When I have explained the situation to the best of my understanding, I find that they start following the story closely and wanting to talk about it.
The media most people get is one sided communication. People that come into the story are lost and need someone to ask questions of.
Most pagans care, even if it is just to express outrage over the use of the term ISIS vrs the preferred ISIL. In pagan groups I have heard both questions and inaccuracies answered respectfully, and a lot of discourse, mostly how they need to go, to be eradicated.

No we aren't.

We don't endlessly make religious wars and royal wars as do Europe and such.

We are their attack dogs, is all. Not a proud job, but, we do it okay.

Speaking for the jehovajph witness.lol my hubby and inlaws are one. They do not believe in guns, the military, or the pledge allegiance to the flag.
They have no idea about world news, at all.

I asked my mother in law what they would do in the time of an emergency. And she pointed to one duffle bag and said they were supposed to meet at their Kingdom Hall.

Needless to say, they don't like me. I am a carry conceal instructor, etc.
NO! My name is NOT spelled wrong. Grab a dictionary.

And YES. I am a nurse!

SIDE NOTE- I find articles everywhere and post what I think GLP would like to know.
I do not necessarily believe or endorse some articles I find.

Don't put us all in one category. I'm very aware of my surroundings and world events. Yes more than not, Americans do have their heads in the sand. But not all of us!

The only ones that I find who care to discuss the destruction of ISIS along with conservative males are Jews of all ages.

Funny how the Israeli government's silence on the topic of ISIS is deafening. Perhaps they don't actually represent the interests of the Jewish population at large.

Sometimes the truth can be determined by what isn't being said.

Some used to come by my home. I allowed them in for civil, friendly talks, and eventually check mated them in their game. They stopped coming after that.

You may feel me here.

OP, the JW are not un-educated.

They have a powerful motive force telling them to keep the King James Romish collection called "The Bible", intact. This benefits ALL ABEY RELIGIONS.

So, the Bible, is their rally point, they can argue it all day.

But, what's more fun, is the discuss the NFL with them.

I happen to know that JWs are some of the highest evolved footbal fans, AMERICAN FOOTBALL I MEAN, with forward pass, formations, etc, on this world.

JWs can discuss the forward pass all day. Then, talk religion at the last ten miutes and let them count 8 hours on their timesheets.

OP, the forward pass, is an evolution, is it not?

OP, and all:

Is not this game, "Soccer" simply a joke to make the males of the world dance without using their hands?

Soccer seems to be a global hands-disenabling meme. Isn't it time the world woke up:

TO THE FORWARD PASS and to set formations?

I believe truly that YHWH is a God of true-referreeing, don't you?

Does not YHWH abideth by the divine instant-reply?

OP, your co-workers are ready for your thread, give them this link, and hells be damned.

One thing OP:

Every time the Pats win, there's a million people who think of one kid.

I won't say who is the best [insert team here] fan, but, at work OP, I bet they might have heard of him.

Or, he might knock on your door today OP, with a scripture from Teh Bible. Take that scripture to heart OP. Because, rivers of blood delivered it to you.
