The biggest threat you face...

... Is your own ignorance.

Tyrants intentionally use low-grade morons who don't question anything, and in most cases, don't even understand the very laws they are enforcing. That's why they are so prone to making up their own laws, as they go along, thereby abusing your rights. They are also trained to regard ANYTHING as "reasonable suspicion". Whether "reasonable" or not.

You must learn to not only ask questions of those who attempt to abuse you, but more importantly, the RIGHT questions.

People who DO know (and understand laws), are called "troublemakers". But in THIS present environment, only a total and complete idiot would neglect learning about the law, but more importantly, about their rights. This certainly does not guarantee you a trouble free existence. But it definitely has the effect of dissuading arrogant, self-important, "government" bureaucrats and officers (morons), from successfully abusing you, due to your own ignorance.


Thomas Jefferson said it best:

"If a nation expects to be ignorant and free, it expects what never was and never will be."


Start NOW (if you haven't already done so), and learn how to articulate your rights as well. Learn the city and state statutes that you are personally likely to be called on. And if a jack-booted thug asks, "What are you? A lawyer?" Tell them... "Could be".

The last type of person a low grade moron wants to deal with, is a lawyer, or someone with friends like governors, mayors, police chiefs, or DA's. Doing some research and name dropping can get you treated with a lot more respect. But ONLY if you are convincing enough.

The only thing that power-drunken lackey's understand, is MORE power.

But unless you learn the laws, learn them well, and learn how to articulate them well, you'll only come across as a bluffing buffoon and a smart ass. And this will only worsen your predicament. Even the low-grade morons can usually tell if someone really knows the law well, or if they are just a bullshitter.


This post is just a suggestion, folks. After watching countless officers and bureaucrats in action, the scariest part of all, is just how STUPID and ignorant so many of them are. And unfortunately, it makes for a very dangerous mix with authority.

Americans need to stop being so lazy. They need to learn history, and they need to learn how we've gotten to our present state of affairs.

Learn the law and learn your rights. Some may argue that "you have no rights", but I would beg to differ. If that was the case, then those who know their rights, would fare NO BETTER off than those who don't. And I've seen countless examples of people who know their rights, prevailing.

One thing is for certain... It's far easier to bully an ignorant person, than an informed one. And there is no more powerful combination, that knowing the law well, and documenting any interactions you have with people who do not CARE that YOU are paying their salaries.

Or... people can just continue to remain ignorant and apathetic, and just sit back and enjoy the emerging police state.
