word on the street is the illegal mexicans go to working farms in north/south carolina and get fake papers to file taxes they never worked to earn


scam works like this

pablo goes to farmer brown and gives him 200-300 cash

farmer brown prints out fake papers (1099) so the mexican can file taxes

mexican gets a few grand back from US gov for work he never did

farmer keeps the cash and gets referrals for more illegals to get more fake 1099's

the hasdic jews used to do this in nyc back in the day some probably still do
