govts are modifying the weather but the avg joe doesnt know it because the weatherman/woman DOES NOT say,

'the day will start clear but then as the planes do their work it should get progressively more overcast. we are doing this to mitigate the chances of hail stones being the size of golf balls.'

this would be the MOST ACCURATE and truthful thing for the weatherman/woman to say.

because they don't, and govts deny weather modification is happening, can you blame people for questioning what the effects of said modification are?

if govts came out and said, 'it is for the greater good, solar radiation management, whatever, they'd be viewed as the good guys. govts always try to tell people about all the good stuff they do right? it's how you get elected.

but they don't. why don't they come out sand say they are doing this? the website talks about weather modification as if it was an innocent a service as mowing the lawn. why not just say it on the weather segment? sheep would just lap it up and say, 'science is awesome. look what they can do nowadays...derp.'

and another reason people get upset about the non admittance of the program is the whole climate change thing.

I see planes all the time, here in Atlanta, flying at what appears to be similar altitudes- some have real contrails that dissipate within a few minutes, but how do you explain those other contrails that spread and cover the sky, lingering for hours?

I don't believe commercial aircraft have these lingering contrails/ chemtrails- it always seems to be a white looking plane. Start looking for yourself. How do you explain the lingering trails and the ones that dissipate within a few minutes? There's more to it that you think.

Yep. See it all the time. Planes flying at same or nearly the same altitude, one contrail, one "persistent contrail" (Spraying). Have multiple pics.

I've sent dirt samples to a friend who works in a lab free of charge. Barium and aluminum were way above normal readings. He thought I was crazy talking about the possibility of chemtrail before I sent him the soil. Now he thinks something is up.

I wouldn't believe me either with this story. Get your own lab results yourself. It would be maybe 50 bucks. The metals in the soil told me everything I need to know.
