Write the editor of your local paper, announce the address and that you and your neighbors have called local officials and start naming names of local officials who don't seem to care that this is going on in your neighborhood. Yes. Tell the head guy you know of cops on the street and they're being watched as is every vehicle coming and going. Collect plate numbers for a week and show him them then tell him he has 1 week to move. Go to your cities website and find out who owns the property and see if the taxes are paid. And watch them go.
