These people are just comical! Quoting: TeamReaper "exclusive NBC 5 investigation found hundreds and perhaps even thousands of airport security badges, known as Secure Identification Display Area (SIDA) badges, are unaccounted for across the country" "Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport sent a response saying more than 1,400 badges were lost or stolen over approximately two years. Larry Wansley, who once led security for American Airlines, believes the missing badges present serious concerns for security officials and are something terrorists would like to have possession of in order to compromise security." "police reports obtained by NBC 5 Investigates from D/FW Airport show more than just ID badges disappear each year. Employees have reported lost and stolen airline uniform shirts, an entire FedEx pilot's uniform, missing TSA badges and even a federal flight deck officer's credentials and badge, which allow a pilot to carry a gun on a plane." Hartsfield-Jackson airport is in the south part of Atlanta in a predominately black area. Many of the white people that need to use the airport are in North Atlanta. At one time they wanted to build a new airport in the North part and the blacks raised all kinds of hell because they knew if the choice was a safe airport in the North and Hartsfield-Jackson that the whites would always pick the one in the North and Hartsfield-Jackson would go bankrupt. Most of the employees at Hartsfield-Jackson are black and theft is just accepted. If they think something is in your bags that is worth something then they will steal it. Report it to the airport and they will do nothing. So those stolen badges I'm sure have been going on a long time and they probably have not done one thing to stop it. . |
