I make crackers from flax seeds, buckwheat and onion made in a dehydrator. I dont eat bread ever or products containing yeast, wheat and artificial/fast acting yeast is so modified its messed up. I read that processed white rice leeches minerals from the body all the goodness is stripped off it. |

I perfer parboiled rice, or Jasmine, if it is going to be white, but I normaly get brown rice Last Edited by Many Masks, One Face. on 02/26/2015 03:35 AM The sun Follows the moon, her friend, her ally, betwixt them, they shape the lens of the earth, and destroy harmony with the entropy of balence. Quoting: Risuki Wheat makes me feel terrible, I won't eat it any more. And have any of you ever tried pearled barley? I think it tastes good, but it is similar to wheat, it contains gluten, though in far lesser amounts then the wheat you normally find in bread(and most that bread has EXTRA gluten added too) I really don't like wheat at all, but even rye bread(I enjoy this much more then wheat bread and I swear at one point it tasted different then the shit I find in stores now), multi-grain bread, pumpernickel bread, that you get at the store, has WHEAT FLOUR AS ITS FIRST FUCKING INGREDIENT with gluten added... Opinions? Avoid potatoes, they are crap. They contain glycoalkaloids which are toxic. Rice is good, ignore people and their hipster fad anti-knowledge "diets" which are all starchphobic. I have spoken to many raw vegans and they all have their own opinion but most have recommended avoiding bread at all costs, i have to say i have cut it out and feel much better. Try raw carrots instead of crackers with your hommus, its surprisingly addictive. My biggest recommendation would be trying to eat with the seasons and work in symbiotic nature with the earth. Everything works in cycles and so does your body. It will thank you if you return to natural order! |

Since rice didn't have the intrinsic value of being a neurotoxin (wheat) they had to do something to make it poisonous. All staple foods on this plant are poison ON PURPOSE. Just what works for individuals, opinions, which like assholes, everyone has. This just happens to be a group of pseudo intelligent human beings presupposed to choosing healthier diets cause some AI or another came on here pretending to be god saying that some food or another is the anti Christ! Seem to remember some ROFL child or another saying the human body needed to get most its energy from plant oils. Any ways, Thanks for the article about people stupid enough to eat cake and cans of soda doing stupid things to increase their probability of death. It is too bad your handing that to a group of people who probably already know better, it will never help those who need to be insulted like that. One cannot elimiate poison, only reduce it to irrelevance Wow beautiful shilling guys, It's a shame you people are so damn stupid. Arsenic is NOT a trace element, it is highly toxic to the human body /facepalm try harder shill. "we would be exposed to it with or without rice" are you serious? It's in the soil, are you eating the dirt my shill friend? No. Certain plants, such as RICE uptake more arsenic from the soil than other plants. Yes apple seeds do contain cyanide, this is well known, so you eat apple seeds? I don't eat apple seeds, nobody eats apple seeds why would you suggest that the cyanide in apple seeds has anything to do with eating apples? Unbelievably idiotic shilling. Apples are very unhealthy regardless, so many pesticides being sprayed on the same orchards for decades, then they seal them on the apple with a coat of wax. so much crap builds up in the soil and it is going straight into the crapple you are eating.
