I think the dreaded U.S. Stock Market Crash happened in 1987.

October 19, 1987

Question: Did the USA recover and come roaring back???

Yes

or

No?

This one will be unlike 1987 where it lost 21% of it's value.....there were no uber leveraged derivatives back then and the economy was on and INCLINE....not a DECLINE.

USA GDP has almost reached $18 Trillion. :-)

Our economy is the envy of the world.

However, i would prefer 5% growth.

Note: Our economy is dynamic, not static.

We always reinvent ourselves and surge forward.

In 1987 the World Wide Web / Internet did not exist.

We didn't start loading - browsers - on our computers

until the 1990s.

Amazon.com and eBay appeared out of nowhere! Jobs, Jobs, Jobs ...

Ok I have a question someone here might have a answer for.

How many in US of A are currently working and paying taxes?
How many are now retired and collecting pensions and S.S.?
How many ppl. are disabled and collecting S.S.?
How much is obama care costing per yr.?
How many receive government housing and food?

The list could go on and on. I just wonder how but only the top 500 can make money. Are we living in a fake reality? How can NASDAQ be doing good? Where is the money for investing coming from?

It all smells so fishy.
