Google "alternative sleep cycles" I usually sleep twice a day each for 4 hours. Having an inconsistent sleep schedule is not very healthy and can mess up sleep... going to bed at a similar time every 24 hours can be useful. Outside of that your thoughts about lack of sleep could be as harmful or more harmful then the lack of sleep itself. People tend to get 'stressed out' about the lack of sleep itself when they could change their mind and just relax about it.. endure the tiredness and go to bed again the next night... the relaxing alone will cause them to get more sleep. If a person goes to sleep stressed thinking they aren't going to sleep, they probably won't.... |
