Governor Mitt Romney used personal email like Secretary of State Clinton

Here is what I think about Romney or Clinton......

They're both scum.

Why does the fact Romney did this have any bearing on the severity of Clinton's actions?

According to the two officials, regulations discouraged the use of personal email but did not prohibit it. Merrill also argued Clinton's use of private email was not against the rules.
