This could end in the financial collapse of some council boroughs - just like a country collapses - then someone else comes in with a buy-out; a move-towards re-centralisation;

There seems to be very little outcry about this. I dont even like kids (childfree), and I am very disgusted by it all.

It is finally being publicly acknowledged at a national level - and we are being told it is being given priority - it has taken so long.

I am a bit concerned about how wilful neglect is going to be proven; in order for it to be easier to do so it is imperative that protocols are in place which must be adhered to i.e. - all reports - reported upwards - all upward reports shared between divisions; the way reports are recorded - must be word to paper to computer file and shared among divisions to prevent erasure or loss of files; all reports reported upwards must receive a response - not accidentally left in the inbox lost property or later denied/ knowledge of denied etc. cctv to cover all common and access areas - who is coming and going? Monitored regardless of reports in state schools; children's homes - cctv able to be accessed externally - across divisions - not just upwards.

Vehicles to and from school premises - WHO IS IN THE BOOT OF THAT CAR?? STOP THE CRIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I understand the sentiment but i don't want to think about a future where children are raised with culturally approved violence - such as beheadings, burnings, slayings; there is more than enough torment and insanity on this planet.

Having said that... I have signed an agreement on this forum - something about not inciting violent uprisings or unrest - not even if they were in a discrete fashion - whereby children would know there had been justice, but not having had to witness it.

However, I am not religious in the sense of being a Christian, Muslim, Jew, Hindu, whatever, but from a logical and scientific and economic perspective I can see the benefits of Armageddon type scenarios.


I believe also in evolution and fully comprehend the innate, natural progression of life including the full execution of that cycle, whereby that which is not needed or desired is left behind such that it may only be determined by history in the form of fossilised remnants - by way of events such as mass extinctions. It's like a cleansing where only what is viable is afforded the prospect of continuity.


Bringing back the guillotine; it's like ISIS - fear and terror - and apart from the children being exposed to the evil videos over there - laughing and applauding at the public exhibitions - I can only imagine the silent internal responses of children around the world to this.


Now that these laws and rules have been determined as per the PM on the news today; it would be nice for the arrests to start coming in - and for positive results from our courts and justice systems.


I would assume there are arrests and charges pending this announcement; sometimes things are delayed before arrests can be made, while law is made manifest; well now it is agreed - aggression against children is nothing less than a terrorist act and the terrorists need sorting.

Live by the sword - die by the sword. That is fair.
