They have kits you can buy with trays and the seeds set up all you have to do is water and put in the sun.

care to elaborate I heard people start feeling amazing after eating them for awhile because all the vitamins and nutrients

i was growing them in jars too, just wash throughly

I think that's more for micro greens with sprouts you want them warm and in a dark place for faster results that's what ive read so far atleast thanks for your response

Try cilantro you can harvest and eat every 5 days. Awesome stuff.

what goat means, is that if you have ANY over done biological activity in the sprout farm, yo ass is gonna stink like a biological nightmare zone.

food grade h202 can be used for sanitary purposes right?

It's pretty easy with good seed and they are pretty delicious.

Quinoa sprouts are really healthy, delicious and easy.
I found mung beans difficult.
I have not sprouted any of my chia seeds yet.
