Two problems with that view point:
1) Paul does not make the same distinction you're making. His message is to the "married" and he makes no distinctions concerning whether both spouses are believers or only one of them.
2) The believing spouse in v. 15 obviously falls under the admonition to the believers in v. 10 not to remarry after a divorce. Do you think he is allowing remarriage for some believers but not others?

He then goes on in verse 12 saying to THE REST I say this...making a distinction from verse 10 Obviously he would mean being bound in the covenant of marriage to an unbeliever.. if you're not bound to the law of marriage, then how can it be adultery?Every human being who enters into a marriage is bound by God's law of marriage. It doesn't matter if it's a believer/believer, believer/unbeliever or an unbeliever/unbeliever marriage. All humans will be judged by the same laws on the day of judgment. Here's God's law of marriage, as stated by Paul, "2 For the woman which hath an husband is bound by the law to her husband so long as he liveth; but if the husband be dead, she is loosed from the law of her husband. 3 So then if, while her husband liveth, she be married to another man, she shall be called an adulteress: but if her husband be dead, she is free from that law; so that she is no adulteress, though she be married to another man." Romans 7:2,3 As I said before, this is an extremely difficult truth to accept because the body of Christ has allowed the doctrines of demons to be taught in the church for several generations now. Nearly every christian denomination on earth since the early church fathers has taught that to marry after a divorce from a covenant spouse is adultery. Many Christians are hoping the Lord didn't mean what He said! That's why we have many Christians on their 2nd, 3rd and even 4th marriages! They're going to find out the hard way that He did!
