When Pedophille ring get busted, where do the children go, and are they rehabilitated before re entering the general population??

The question everyone must asked when Pedo rings are discovered, and that is where do the children go???

I believe that the children are put back into society and when they grow up as adults, continue the behaviour or promote degenerate behaviour as they cannot be rehabilitated.

Imagine kids that have been abused or molested, sitting beside your kid in class or with ur kid on a field trip trying to corrupt there minds....

Is there a data base to track these children and watch them grow as adults???...these are serious questions .. and may explain the imbalance in the modern world....
