To answer the OP's question, the reason is because the media and the government have spread a massive amount of anti-muslim propaganda that even people that call themselves 'awake', such as the above poster, cannot discern fact from fiction.

People tend to hate whom they're told to hate, especially when most around them share the same sentiment. It's herd mentality. That's what it means to be a 'sheep'.

Those "planes" were probably holograms. No professional pilot has been able to reproduce (using simulators) what those amateur pilots allegedly did that day. At those speeds, the planes would have broken apart before they got near the towers or the Pentagon. Commercial jets aren't designed to make sharp turns at full speed. The wings would probably fall off if they tried.

I used to believe the planes were remote controlled until I saw a video showing professional pilots attempting to hit the twin towers in a simulation. The only one who succeeded had to reduce the plane to near landing speed, which is not what we saw on 9-11.

I used to be in manufacturing and traveled extensively as Director of Quality and Compliance for the organization I was employed by. I have met and worked with people all over and of all faiths and was surprised to find the world a warm and caring place. I never witnessed any of the violence and injustice that I had expected to find based on the view of the world that was dictated to me. I never felt any of the hate that I was told exhisted. The more of the world I experienced the more I had to question what I had been always told. I began to question and research the events of 9/11. I did this for years before I had to come to the conclusion that horrible, horrible things had happened on that day, exponentialy more horrible than the narrative we were given. I was afraid and concerned for my family, friends, and everyone else around me. I began sharing what I had learned and what other people had discovered. I became outspoken on social media. It became part of who I was, making this horrible thing known. I lost my job over it. I was called extreme. In my search for employment it was finally told to me that I had a flag in hiring systems and background checks that implicated my identity can't be verified or I am suspected to be involved in extremist activities. Now I'm a self employed handy man. This is why people have dropped it. If you don't you can't support your family.
